Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Fortina Spa Resort with stunning views of Valletta from my room. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the dining options exceeded my expectations with quality food. However, the experience at the spa was far from satisfactory, and some of the services could use improvement. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I'd definitely consider returning.
I recently enjoyed a three-week stay at this hotel and found it to have a wonderful garden view room that was spacious and well-equipped, though the dining experience had some inconsistencies. The service was generally friendly, but there were moments when efficiency was lacking. Overall, it's a great place to relax, especially for those looking for spa facilities; however, some areas could definitely improve.
We just returned from the Hotel Fortina in Malta, where we had a wonderful stay overall. The views from our room were stunning, particularly the sunsets over the harbor. We enjoyed the variety of dining options available, especially at the Indian restaurant, which was a highlight. However, the buffet was rather chaotic and crowded during breakfast, making it difficult to enjoy that experience fully. Some areas could use a little maintenance, particularly the Lido, which seemed a bit worn out. All in all, a great base for exploring Malta, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. While the views from my room were simply stunning, the state of cleanliness in various areas of the hotel was disappointing. I enjoyed the variety of dining options available, and the amenities offered were decent. However, the issues with room cleanliness really overshadowed my experience.
Our stay was surprisingly pleasant considering some of the feedback I had heard. The location is ideal for exploring Malta, and the views from the sea view rooms were stunning, offering a lovely perspective of Valletta. Dining options varied greatly, with some restaurants being excellent while others fell short. Overall, the service could use some improvement, but for the experience and cost, it was quite decent.
